Interestingly, while the alert covers Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the Polish server in Warsaw (NP-WAW-01) is still listed as fully operational. This suggests the outage may be scattered across the region rather than affecting all players equally.
For gamers, the result is unpredictability: some sessions start normally, while others get stuck on the loading screen before ending with a connection error.
What are users saying?
On social media, dozens of fresh posts highlight frustration with failed sessions, disconnections, and repeated error messages. Some users joke that it’s „just another Friday night with GFN,” while others raise concerns about subscription refunds. Still, not everyone is affected - some reports indicate that the service works fine in certain locations.
NVIDIA has not provided further details or an ETA for resolution. Players are advised to keep an eye on the official status page and, if necessary, try switching server regions in the client.
The situation remains ongoing, and more updates are expected soon.
What is GeForce NOW?
It is a cloud gaming platform that allows players to stream PC titles to almost any device - from desktops and laptops to tablets and smartphones - without the need for high-end hardware. Games run on NVIDIA’s servers, with the video feed delivered to the user, making even the latest AAA releases playable on older systems or mobile devices.
